1.Be responsible for OQS’ implementation among cross-function in factory, comply with all relevant local, corporate and legal requirements.
? Maintain plant Quality Manual and Quality procedures in compliance with OQS(One Quality System) requirement.
? Lead site-level OQS Gemba and Health check, dirve EQD deployment to strengthen quality culture.
? Joint with cross- functions to ensure compliance of related policy.
? Participate in the Food safety issue and accident management.
? Own the site document control process.
2. Develop site OQS skill matrix and training plan, ensure capability building activities 100% implementation(e.g., Quality activities, Coaching, E-learning, etc.).
3. Lead and coordinate internal and external audit, to achieve yearly target.
? Conduct FSSC22000 annual audit and annual management review.
? Manage audit of key customers.
? Manage cross audit from BU and Region to verify the effectiveness of quality system every year(Global Audit every 2-3 years).
4. Responsible for external audits executed by government office and make sure that plant would pass them smoothly, e.g. FDA, customs.
? Apply for related certificatioms, such as HALAL and SC, lead apllication and audit.
? In charge of quality related government affair, including but not limit as food safety routine check.
5. Be responsible for HACCP (Food Safety quality management system) maintain and implementation in factory.
? Develop and calibrate HACCP plans for new product development, new equipment installation and other changes, and enable plant HACCP team to ensure HACCP verification and validation compliance.
? Cooperate with R&D / BD /Food safety team to review and approves change requests, ensure food safety assurance.
6. Own and implement Food Allergen Control & Management policy.
7. Performs quality reviews, evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations, present if needed
8. Drive site sensitive complaints reduction, such as foreign matter, pests, illness, mouldy, etc..
9. Design and deploy quality culture activities to promote quality culture.
10. Be responsible for other relative Quality/QM pillar tasks required by Quality lead
1. Bachelor degree or above in food, mechanical engineering or biology or related field required
2. 5 years food industry quality working experience
3. Be familiar with GMP & HACCP process
4.Clear knowledge of ISO9000 system, FSSC22000
5.Clear knowledge of food hygiene law
6. Good relationship management with key stakeholders
7. Good management & communication skills
8. Good computer skills
