Position Summary (崗位描述)
Supporting for Wuxi R&D Power platform related projects, support APQ Power team leader to drive cross-department collaboration in order to deliver outstanding solutions for complex and unique problems. 支持無錫研發(fā)Power平臺相關(guān)項目，支持APQ效能power團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)推動跨部門合作,，為復(fù)雜和獨特的問題提供出色的解決方案,。
Key Responsibility (主要職責(zé))
1. Take care wuxi Power platform product, process and material development. 負責(zé)無錫power平臺產(chǎn)品、工藝和材料的開發(fā)。
2. Core team member in early product development to anticipate technical risk of new material, process , design via systematic approach -Design review, Technical risk assessment, DFMEA and PFMEA. 產(chǎn)品開發(fā)早期的核心團隊成員,，通過系統(tǒng)的方法預(yù)測新材料,，工藝，設(shè)計的技術(shù)風(fēng)險-設(shè)計評審,，技術(shù)風(fēng)險評估,，DFMEA和PFMEA。
3. Define and execute reliability assessment (robustness or qualification) for screening & qualification of best new material/ process /design . Make sounds decision base on the reliability assessment result. 定義和執(zhí)行可靠性評估(穩(wěn)健性或鑒定),，以篩選和鑒定最佳新材料/工藝/設(shè)計,。根據(jù)可靠性評估結(jié)果做出合理決策。
4.Develop models to predict product lifetime and long term performance (versus customer requirement); 開發(fā)模型來預(yù)測產(chǎn)品壽命和長期性能(與客戶需求相比);
5. Make sounds decision on the required evaluation, pre-production release , test run of the new product for particular risk assessment. 對新產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)險評估,、預(yù)生產(chǎn)放行,、試運行做出合理的決策。
6. Review and govern quality detection control documentation readiness & changes for new products (Failure Catalog, Control Plan, OCAP, Work Instruction, Buildsheet). 審查和管理新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測控制文件的準備和變更(失效目錄,，控制計劃,，OCAP，工作指導(dǎo)書,，參數(shù)表),。
7. Basic Failure analysis knowledge & skill set to correctly interpret FA findings/ report. 基本的失效分析知識和技能，正確理解FA發(fā)現(xiàn)/報告,。
8. Conduct internal audit to ensure new product assembly line readiness, compliance and smooth volume ramp up. 進行內(nèi)部審核,，以確保新產(chǎn)品裝配線的準備就緒，合規(guī)性和順利的產(chǎn)量增長,。
9. Support all quality engineering functions with regard to new product, material and process, ie customer complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, special clearance , shipment halt and release. 支持所有與新產(chǎn)品,，新材料和新工藝相關(guān)的質(zhì)量工程功能，如客戶投訴,，PPCM,，風(fēng)險評估，特殊讓行,，暫停出貨和放行,。
10. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù)。
1. Bachelor- / Master -degree in Physics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent; 本科或碩士學(xué)歷,，物理,，電氣及電子工程或相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. Min. 1 yrs of experience/ leading in several sub-functions in QM (APQ, PQE, SQE, QMS etc.) or working in different business segment/ technical functions in semiconductor industry. 至少1年以上質(zhì)量管理(APQ, PQE, SQE, QMS等)或半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)不同業(yè)務(wù)部門/技術(shù)部門工作經(jīng)驗。
3. Min. 1 years of experience interfacing with several functions (eg R&D, AE, PM ..). 1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(如研發(fā),、工程,、項目管理等)。
4. Ability to work with international / intercultural team. 能夠與國際/跨文化團隊合作,。

- Professional Knowledges: Semiconductor; Product & process; Robustness; Lifetime Prediction; Quality standards; 專業(yè)知識:半導(dǎo)體;產(chǎn)品與工藝;魯棒性;壽命預(yù)測;質(zhì)量標(biāo)準;
