Position Summary (崗位描述)
1. Work as local Co-Project Leader to support global project leader with focus on new product development and industrialization, to drive project achieving the given target.
作為本地聯(lián)合項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人支持全球項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目滿足既定目標(biāo),。
2. Coordinate product design, process and system setup to ramp up LED products and adapt to production requirements, including material selection, design verification and process development.
協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),、工藝和系統(tǒng)建立，推動(dòng)LED新產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)并符合生產(chǎn)要求,。包括材料選擇,、設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證和工藝開發(fā)。
Key Responsibility (主要職責(zé))
1. Capable to handle Large, Middle and Small Size project as local project leader.
作為本地項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)大,中和小規(guī)模的項(xiàng)目,。
2. Lead PPCM for changes on released product to improvement product performance, cost…
負(fù)責(zé)PPCM對(duì)已量產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行變更,，以改善產(chǎn)品性能和成本。
3. Accountable for process line setup and Pilot Engineering Run including verifying package design manufacturability & performance check
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目中產(chǎn)品工藝線的建立以及批量工程樣品的制作,，驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì),，性能以及可制造性。
4. Accountable for the readiness of all Production documentation for new product.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)文件的準(zhǔn)備工作,。
5. Accountable for system setup for new product, including Protos, SPACE, SAP, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)建立,，包含 Protos, SPACE, SAP 等
6. Support Application engineering, sales and marketing team to fulfill customer requirement
支持應(yīng)用工程，銷售和市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)以滿足客戶的需求,。
7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
主管交代的其他任務(wù),。
Qualification (任職者要求)
1. Bachelor Degree or Master in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Optical Engineering or equivalent
電氣/電子/機(jī)械/光學(xué)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或者碩士學(xué)歷。
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in LED, Semicon, Electronic, Automotive for bachelor. Fresh graduated master with high capability is acceptable. Working experience in LED related industry is preferred.
本科生需要至少5年LED,半導(dǎo)體,電子,汽車相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),。優(yōu)秀的碩士應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生也可以接受,。有LED相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.Project Management skill or PMP certification is preferred
有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者PMP證書者優(yōu)先,。
4. Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.
能夠承受工作壓力,，適應(yīng)快速變化。
5. Strong Motivation; Willing to Learn Attitude; Communication Skill; Presentation and Report Compilation Skill
積極的工作態(tài)度,，樂于學(xué)習(xí),，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通技巧，演講和寫報(bào)告的能力。
6. Capable to communicate in English with global team. Capable in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
可以用英語跟國(guó)外團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通,。良好的讀寫能力,。
