工作職責(zé)和任務(wù):
負(fù)責(zé)工廠Sanitation(衛(wèi)生清潔)相關(guān)工作:
確保常規(guī)清潔工作及時(shí)完成,,符合法律法規(guī),、億滋質(zhì)量要求;
制定策略,、Roadmap,,并與內(nèi)外部協(xié)作(外部區(qū)域Sanitation專家等)逐步落實(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)未來工廠Sanitation藍(lán)圖,;
和HSE,、生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)工程,、區(qū)域Sanitation專家等內(nèi)外部溝通,,確保試車、新產(chǎn)品,、新項(xiàng)目等過程中衛(wèi)生清潔,、衛(wèi)生設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估、確認(rèn)和驗(yàn)證,。
負(fù)責(zé)工廠MS(制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn))相關(guān)工作:
包括SPC的部署和管理,、協(xié)助產(chǎn)線Line CI Lead將研發(fā)發(fā)布的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)化為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并通過健康檢查確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行,;
作為工廠的計(jì)量專家,,負(fù)責(zé)所有計(jì)量設(shè)備的內(nèi)外部校準(zhǔn)、維修,、審計(jì),,以及負(fù)責(zé)工廠所有計(jì)量設(shè)備的MSA等相關(guān)工作
負(fù)責(zé)工廠質(zhì)量相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的梳理和發(fā)起,遞交AR,,以及統(tǒng)籌管理所有批準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng),、規(guī)劃,與子項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人協(xié)作,,確保執(zhí)行進(jìn)展,;同時(shí)直接作為探索性項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人,,開發(fā)新技術(shù)運(yùn)用。
作為質(zhì)量數(shù)字化的轉(zhuǎn)譯者代表,,與數(shù)字化負(fù)責(zé)人,、供應(yīng)商對(duì)接,將相關(guān)需求轉(zhuǎn)譯為數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Responsible for factory sanitation-related work.
Ensure the regular sanitation plan execution, comply with regulation and internal Quality policy.
Develop sanitation improvement strategies, roadmap, and gradually implement them with the internal and external cooperation, to achieve the sanitation for future manufacturing.
Cooperate with HSE, production, engineering, other departments and reginal sanitation expert to enable and ensure the assessment, confirmation, and verification of quality risks related to hygiene, cleanliness, during trial runs, new products, new projects, etc.
Responsible for factory MS (Manufacturing Standards) related work.
Deploy and maintain of SPC system, assist Line CI Lead in transferring the standards issued by R&D, into internal execution standards, and monitoring the execution.
As the factory's metrology expert, responsible for the internal and external calibration, maintenance, audits of all measuring equipment, as well as MSA (Measurement System Analysis) for all factory measuring equipment.
Responsible for initiating quality-related projects in the factory, submitting AR (Action Request), and coordinating the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring of all approved projects.

教育背景:本科及以上學(xué)歷,,理工科/質(zhì)量/食品/生物/化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(含質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗(yàn),,有項(xiàng)目管理、數(shù)字化等經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先)
能力要求:
食品質(zhì)量體系知識(shí)衛(wèi)生設(shè)計(jì),,衛(wèi)生清潔, GMP,,計(jì)量等
統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí),熟練使用iQS軟件(SPC)
項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
具備良好的溝通能力和組織能力
英語讀聽寫能力/計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)技能
較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,,積極主動(dòng),,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向
烘焙類/餅干制造業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
流利英語溝通優(yōu)先
Job Requirements
Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering/Quality/Food/Biology/Chemistry related
Working experience: more than 3 years working experience (including Quality experience, prefer to project management, digital related experience)
Capability requirements:
Knowledge of Hygienic design, Sanitation, GMP, measurement etc.
Proficient in statistics and skilled in using iQS software (SPC)
Experience in project management
Good communication skills and organizational ability
Basic English writing, listening and reading skill/basic computer skills
Strong learning agility, initiative, result driven
Baking/biscuit manufacturing experience is preferred
Fluent English communication is preferred
