Who You Are

Our minimum requirements for this role:
? 2-5 years' experience in similar or adjacent industry, start-up or consultancy company.
? The love for IT and ability to tap into technology.
? Sales experience or Technical/Customer service background.
? Fluent in Mandarin, good command of English
Roles & Responsibilities
? Own and develop overall account / territory plans with the sales pod (specialists, engineers…) through a programmatic, data driven, globally consistent, team based aligned approach.
? Create and own long-term, value-based relationships with customers and partners to deliver on business strategies, objectives & outcomes.
? Own and drive the end-to-end funnel management from creation to close using a programmatic approach (i.e., create, forecast, develop, expand and close opportunities by coordinating various resources supporting the account/territory).
? Execute & leverage a digital sales tools & resources (social media and account/market intelligence) to prospect, create opportunities and influence line of business decision makers.
? Orchestrate & leverage key specialists, technical experts and other cross functional sales resources together with partners to execute & deliver on business outcomes.

? Programmatic, data driven strategic account & territory planning: understand data pulled about the territory accounts, market and competition.
? Ability to build & develop deep relationships with customers, partners & stakeholders from individual contributor to executive levels & influence for results.
? Ability to leverage digital tools to improve effectiveness in discovering contacts, researching best course of action, planning engagements, holding impactful conversations and improving productivity.
? Ability to acquire knowledge & skill up expertise in new technologies and offerings, especially in the areas of software and buying programs.
? Ability to understand, translate & respond to customer needs/objectives with differentiated offers & solutions that Cisco can deliver (value or outcome selling).
? Resilience – Can pivot and adapt in fast moving, agile environments. Capable of dealing with business conflict
