Position Summary (崗位描述)
1. Work as global project leader with focus on new product development and industrialization. Define the project target, calculate and confirm business case requirement, planning the project timeline and budget. Completing the evaluation of the project/product risk assessment. Drive product design, process line setup and pilot engineering running to release project to meet given target.
作為全球項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,，專注于新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,。 定義項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)，計(jì)算并確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目的投資回報(bào)比,，規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目時(shí)間和預(yù)算,。 完成項(xiàng)目/產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。 推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),，工藝開發(fā)和工程樣品的制作,，使項(xiàng)目完成既定的目標(biāo)。
2. Communicate with supporting department to find the solution of the issues during project running and let project running smoothly to fulfill the project target.
與相關(guān)支持部門溝通,，解決項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的問題,，確保項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行，完成項(xiàng)目目標(biāo),。

1. Capable to handle Large, Middle and Small Size project as local site project leader.
作為本地項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)大,中和小規(guī)模的項(xiàng)目,。
2. Capable to handle Middle and Small Size project as global project leader
作為全球項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)中和小規(guī)模的項(xiàng)目。
3. Lead PPCM for changes on released product to improvement product performance, cost…
負(fù)責(zé)PPCM對(duì)已量產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行變更,，以改善產(chǎn)品性能和成本。
4. Accountable for Product Requirement Definition, project scope, project milestone, project risk assessment, product cost, business case, etc..
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品需求定義,、項(xiàng)目范圍,、項(xiàng)目里程碑、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,、產(chǎn)品成本,、項(xiàng)目投資回報(bào)比等
5. Execute effective Communication and professional Stakeholder Management
執(zhí)行有效的溝通和專業(yè)的利益相關(guān)者管理。
6. Support Application engineering, sales and marketing team to fulfill customer requirement
支持應(yīng)用工程,，銷售和市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)以滿足客戶的需求,。
7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
主管交代的其他任務(wù)。
Qualification (任職者要求)
1. Bachelor Degree or Master in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Optical or Engineering equivalent
電子/電氣/機(jī)械/光學(xué)或理工相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或者碩士學(xué)歷,。
2. Minimum 8 years working experience for bachelor or ＞3 years working experience for master in LED, Electrical, Semiconductor, Automotive related industry. Working experience in LED industry is preferred.
至少本科生8年或者碩士3年LED, 電子,半導(dǎo)體,汽車相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),。有LED相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. Min. 1 year of project management experience in high-tech/ semiconductor or related industry. PMP certification is preferred
具有至少1年以上高科技/半導(dǎo)體或相關(guān)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),。有PMP證書者優(yōu)先,。
4. Essential PM or other equivalent training conducted.
完成項(xiàng)目管理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)或者相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)。
5. Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.
能夠承受工作壓力,，適應(yīng)快速變化,。
6. Excellent Leadership capabilities; Excellent Creativity; Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills; Excellent Written Report and Presentation Skills; Excellent Self Continuous Learning behavior
