Position Summary (崗位描述):
Design of drivers for LED product / support of ODM & merchandising for relevant products
Key Responsibility (主要職責(zé))
1. Plan, design, and conduct cost effective products according to established scientific methods and international standards, and improve, generate new products, components, equipment, systems, and testing procedures.
2. Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a R&D project and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met while adopting the relevant procedures of the OSRAM Process House
3. Perform calculations, component and product specifications in collaboration with relevant departments, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled. Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions
4. Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science.
5. Ensure that patent situation of new product development is checked and that patents are applied for innovative results.
6. Conduct PCB layout design for optimum cost and performance
7. Support design and construction of tools for specific mechanical parts, assist to optimize thermal design
8. Support production in case of quality or part delivery problems
9. Support production in product introduction / test strategy and instruction / selection of equipment.
Qualification (任職者要求)
1. bachelor or above of electronics, physics or relevant field.
2. Min.3 years experience on power electronic product design, LED lighting product is preferred. Automotive experience is plus.
3. Process / Production know how for lighting products or other electrical products
4. Power electronics: Buck/Buckboost/Boost/Flyback/PFC/Bridge( LLC) -- A
PCB layout software PADS, EDA tools, OrCAD,、PowerLogic and Power PCB, etc.; --A
Technical knowhow for lighting products, especially in LED headlamps, luminaire or bulbs --B
5. Personality requirement: Self-motivated; Team inspirit; Good attitudes; Interpersonal skill
6. Familiar with MS office
7. Workable English.
