Position Summary (崗位描述):
1. Gathering market demand and customer need for product development;
2. Evaluating and qualifying new product from application perspective;
3. Product go-to-market supporting;
Key Responsibility (主要職責(zé))
1. Gather customer requirement and market demands from application side, generate input for product design
2. Test and evaluate new products from application, providing suggestions for improvement to ensure they meet customer expectations and market needs.
3. Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a new project from application perspective and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met while adopting the relevant procedures
4. Assist product go-to-market, providing technical support, material and product knowledge for marketing
5. Support design-in activities, providing technical support and demonstrations to win project contracts.
6. Compose technical documentation and application notes to ensure customers fully understand and utilize the products.
7. Generate joint report for product releasing
8. Participate product seminars and technical lectures to enhance understanding of market satisfaction with the products.
9. Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify business potentials, and conduct business training.
Qualification (任職者要求)
1. bachelor or above of electronic, physics, engineering or relevant field.
2. Min.3 year experience on automotive headlamp or light source product as FAE or RD or PM. Experience on front lighting is a plus.
3. Experienced with project handling, being able to independently handle marketing support, proposal writing, product demonstration etc.
4. Familiar with automotive headlamp or light source product development and testing process. --A

5. Personality requirement: Self-motivated; Team inspirit; Good attitudes; Interpersonal skill
6. Familiar with MS office
7. Workable English
