? Proficient in SOP, disassembling, and cleaning equipment in the position and keeping WI up-to-date

? Strictly check the status of retort related equipment before operation, escalate timely if any malfunction
每批殺菌前嚴格按照要求對設(shè)備進行檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時匯報
? Ensure the good running condition of retort, monitor the control panel to display each retort cycle electronic curve and able to print curve.
? 時刻關(guān)注殺菌釜運行狀況,，監(jiān)控操作屏顯示每個殺菌循環(huán)過程中電子曲線及紙質(zhì)打印曲線,。
? Record relevant inspections information (chunk and slurry ratio, oxidation status, crushing, sticking, shape abnormality, etc.) of retorted products according to the number and frequency of inspections.
按檢查數(shù)量及頻率對殺菌后產(chǎn)品進行相關(guān)檢查（肉塊和湯汁比例、氧化狀況,、破碎,、粘連、形狀異常等）并做好記錄,。
Junior College
? 3+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with a background in manufacturing or engineering
? Good at Microsoft Office
? Ability to manage cross-functional teams
? Good verbal communication skills
