?Identify key business opportunities and leverage consumer insights to strengthen the success of Orijen/Acana brands;
?Develop and execute marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that achieve the short term and long team objectives
?Brand Content Development and Management, including managing all brand and digital communication assets, including but not limited to video assets, visual assets, content etc.
?Lead brand portfolio development and management: design and deploy innovation pipeline through partnering closely with global team and local teams in key business platform, i.e. PMR
?Develop and execute the communication strategies and marketing campaigns based on the consumer research and shopper insights in the market.
?Effectively allocate the marketing budget and resources to ensure delivery of performance in line with P&L metrics and targets;
?Effectively build alignment among high-collaboration cross-functional stakeholders, motivate project team and manage external agencies to maximize performance and drive growth
?Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business or related field.
?At least 5yrs+ experience in marketing function in MNC, with expertise and skill set in Brand Management function, brand building and innovation experience preferred.
?Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; ability to collaborate with different stakeholders including internal cross functional teams, global/regional stakeholder and external agencies.
?Market analysis capability (incl. consumer data, shopper behavior and category trend interpretation).
?Ability to collaborate with x-functional teams, comfortable with change and able to navigates through ambiguity and conflicts.
?Good English communication in both written and speaking.
