? Lead a multi-disciplinary team of talented individuals. Designers, technologists, prototypes, and 3D artists.
?Fuse current and future technology with deep user insights to craft unique and differentiated experiences that surprise, delight and enrich people’s lives.
?Be an excellent storyteller that tells compelling narratives for stake holders and senior leaders to understand new and innovative ideas. Create simplicity out of complexity.
?Deliver an idea to execution through prototyping, proof of concepts and production.
?Work with various stake holders and disciplines to create world class vehicle digital experiences that can scale globally.
?Develop advanced digital concepts and designs that align with the brand's vision and values.
?Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of digital concepts.
?Create interactive prototypes and mockups to demonstrate the functionality and user experience of digital concepts.
?Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance digital designs.
?Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to bring digital concepts to life.
?Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
?Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute digital projects.
?Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
?Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
?Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced digital concepts and designs.
?Previous work experience in digital design roles, creating engaging and innovative digital concepts for various platforms such as websites, mobile apps, social media, and other digital channels.
?Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools. Knowledge of interactive design principles and prototyping tools like Adobe XD or In Vision.
?Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative and engaging digital concepts.
?Willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital design field.
