主要職責(zé)
1.Analyze the loading forecast to identify production and bottleneck processes, and recommends actions for resolution, including JIT delivery timely, optimal WIP and safety stocks.
分析客戶訂單，確定生產(chǎn)和瓶頸工序,，并建議解決措施,，包括建立和維護及時交貨,，優(yōu)化在線WIP和安全庫存
2．Responsible for new capacity expansion, monitoring & tracking production output and follow up the new machine ramp up plan, confirm with EE & PE, SCM, IE, & R&D on materials, HC and machinery availability, delivery & capacity allocation.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)能的擴大, 監(jiān)控和跟蹤生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)出,，跟進新設(shè)備的增加計劃。與EE & PE, SCM, IE和RD確認(rèn)材料,，HC和機器的可用性,，交貨和產(chǎn)能分配。
3．Committed to standardize and systematic line steering job with efficiency improvement.
致力于生產(chǎn)計劃流程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系統(tǒng)化,，不斷優(yōu)化和提高工作效率
4．Coaching subordinates to enhance team capability, train and improve team skills to make the goal achieved
培訓(xùn)和提高下屬能力,，打造高效團隊, 訓(xùn)練和提高團隊的技能以實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)
5．Support an effective, smooth communication, coordination with other Departments.
保持與其他部門有效、順利的溝通和協(xié)調(diào).
6．Drive material saving project with related departments to achieve the target.
帶領(lǐng)公司相關(guān)部門完成降本目標(biāo).
1.Bachelor degree of above in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, business administration is preferred;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,，工業(yè)工程,、工程、工商管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2.At least 15 years work experience in semiconductor production planning and 10+ years of team management experience;
至少有15年的半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃工作經(jīng)驗,，10年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗;
3.Skilled spoken & written English for internal /external communication;
熟練的英語溝通;
4.Fluently use different version of office software;
熟練使用不同版本的辦公軟件;
5.Strong communication and coordination skills.
較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,。
