?Lead and facilitate Body Control subsystem modules development, manage target setting, Function specification definition (HW/SW), system integration interfaces definition, Design Verification, Production Validation and Engineering Signoff, manage subsystem modules development progress in line with Program engineering gateways.

?Manage engineering deliverables to forward model program gateways, manage and control subsystem deliverable risks

?Manage vehicle program product lifetime Body Control subsystem' continuous cost efficiency improvements

?Manage vehicle program product lifetime Body Control subsystems' continuous quality / user experience improvements

?Bachelor degree or above in Information Science and Technology, Applied Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics etc.

?7 or above years of working experience in automotive Body Controls system/subsystem design and development. e.g. includes but not limited to BCM, Closures Control, Light Control, Climate Control etc.

?Proficient in digital and analog electronics, including related hardware circuit design.

?Familiar with automotive software architecture and model based software development processes, skilled in tools like MATLAB/Simulink

?Familiar with ECU diagnostics (UDS) / calibration/ SW download

?Hands-on experience in CAN / Diagnostics tools e.g. CANOE, vflash, INCA/CANAPE, etc

?Excellent communication skill, both spoken & written in Chinese and English

?Excellent interpersonal skills & demonstrated result orientated leadership behaviors, team work spirit, positive thinking etc.
