Position Summary (崗位描述)
Define and align quality strategy for Wuxi R&D Efficacy platform related projects, drives cross-department collaboration in order to deliver outstanding solutions for complex and unique problems from Efficacy platform. 定義和調(diào)整無錫研發(fā)中心Efficacy平臺相關項目的質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略,，推動跨部門合作,，為Efficacy平臺復雜和獨特的問題提供出色的解決方案。
Key Responsibility (主要職責)
1. Take care wuxi Efficacy platform product, process and material development. 全面負責無錫Efficacy平臺產(chǎn)品,、工藝和材料的開發(fā)
2. Proactive involvement in quality issues related to New product Development, involving interaction with Product Development, Package Technology, Manufacturing; Customer Quality Management Locally and Globally (including Rbg, Wuxi, Penang) ,；積極參與與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)相關的質(zhì)量問題，包括與產(chǎn)品開發(fā),，組裝技術,，制造部門的互動; 本地和全球客戶質(zhì)量管理(包括德國、無錫,、檳城);
3. Govern, contribute, collaborate & support New Product Quality and Reliability processes: 管理,、貢獻、協(xié)作和支持新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和可靠性流程
a) Upstream activities including Technical Risk Assessment, Requirement profile, Reliability Test requirement generation, Design FMEA , Process FMEA, Material Robustness, Design Robustness, Process Robustness, Lifetime Prediction,；上游活動包括技術風險評估,、需求概況、可靠性測試需求生成,、設計FMEA,、工藝FMEA、材料穩(wěn)健性,、設計穩(wěn)健性,、工藝穩(wěn)健性、壽命預測;
b) Pre-series activities including Test Run, Safe Launch, Debugging, Reliability monitoring plan setup. 移交量產(chǎn)前活動包括試運行,，安全啟動,，調(diào)試，可靠性監(jiān)控計劃的建立
c) Customer quality support activities including Customer Complaint, Internal and external 8D, RMA, PPCM, Risk assessment, Special Clearance, Shipment Halt and Release. 客戶質(zhì)量支持活動包括客戶投訴,，內(nèi)部和外部8D, RMA, PPCM,，風險評估，特殊讓行,，暫停出貨和放行,；
4. Responsible for New product Reliability Qualification, Evaluation, Robustness (including Material, Design, Process robustness and Interaction study) 負責新產(chǎn)品可靠性鑒定,、評估、穩(wěn)健性(包括材料,、設計,、工藝穩(wěn)健性和相互作用研究)
5. Review and govern quality detection control documentation readiness & changes for new products (Failure Catalog, Control Plan, OCAP, Work Instruction, Buildsheet). 審查和管理新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測控制文件的準備和變更(失效目錄，控制計劃,，OCAP,，工作指導書，參數(shù)表)
6. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to drive APQ operation excellence; 發(fā)起并領導持續(xù)改進項目,，以推動APQ卓越運營,；
7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 完成上級交辦的其他任務
1. Bachelor- / Master -degree in Physics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, material or equivalent; 本科或碩士學歷，物理,，電氣及電子工程, 材料或相關專業(yè);
2. Min. 5 yrs of experience/ leading in several sub-functions in QM (APQ, PQE, SQE, QMS etc.) or working in different business segment/ technical functions in semiconductor industry. 至少5年以上質(zhì)量管理(APQ, PQE, SQE, QMS等)或半導體行業(yè)不同業(yè)務部門/技術部門工作經(jīng)驗,。
3. Optional : Min. 5 years of experience interfacing with several functions (eg R&D, AE, PM ..). (可選)5年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗(如研發(fā)、工程,、項目管理等),。
4. Ability to work with international / intercultural team. 能夠與國際/跨文化團隊合作。
