1. Handling technical second level support of important customers and sales force with strong focus on current sensors and battery management portfolio
2. Enable Field Application Engineers to provide direct support to our customers. First go-to contact in case of technical questions to assigned product.
3. Deep system knowledge with focus on power management and battery management, to provide best in class design in support
4. Responsible for product related collaterals like evaluation kits, manuals, application notes, demonstrators…
5. Prepare and realize technical trainings
6. Main Job Location: Shanghai/ Shenzhen
1. Support ams-OSRAM in edge IVT sensor technology in automotive, industrial and consumer markets
2. Technical support of our sales force (FAEs) and key account.
3. Responsible for product related collaterals like evaluation kits, manuals, application notes, demonstrators…
4. Acting as product expert after official release of the product
5. Prepare and realize technical trainings
6. Support system design process at key accounts
7. Marketing support – preparing technical presentations, success stories, be present at exhibitions
8. Close interaction with several departments within product management, quality, marketing, product engineering, engineering…
