-Marketing leader in a small revenue organization OR experienced managers of marketing sub-function. -Develop and drive the execution of brand marketing plans with the objective to maximize market share and revenue growth in the market.
Major Accountabilities
~ 支持來自市場的高質(zhì)量及時營銷投入，并實施戰(zhàn)術(shù)計劃/項目,，以通過生命周期管理實現(xiàn)品牌價值最大化
~ 根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)確保產(chǎn)品組合在制藥市場的長期存在
~ 確定最有效的細(xì)分市場推廣產(chǎn)品,，最有前途的目標(biāo)
~ 研究公司產(chǎn)品的醫(yī)療和營銷信息，以確定其優(yōu)勢,，市場份額,，相對于目標(biāo)群體的競爭對手定位，根據(jù)確定的目標(biāo)群體進(jìn)行營銷推廣策略,。
~ 研究消費者的社會人口特征,，他們的需求，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和態(tài)度,，戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)品的消費模式,。
~ 規(guī)劃產(chǎn)品促銷策略，制定促銷方案,、形式,、方法和技術(shù)（行動計劃、媒體計劃）,，根據(jù)預(yù)算執(zhí)行財務(wù)紀(jì)律條款,。
~ 計劃責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)品的供需，創(chuàng)建周期計劃,，實施和預(yù)測營業(yè)額（年度營銷計劃,，滾動預(yù)測，每月二級銷售計劃）,。
~ 開發(fā)和組織活動,，創(chuàng)建新產(chǎn)品的計劃分發(fā)和系統(tǒng)實施水平。
~ 優(yōu)先考慮資源和活動以實現(xiàn)卓越,，并建立適當(dāng)?shù)牧鞒毯蚄PI來執(zhí)行和跟蹤,，定期向所涉及的關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者報告進(jìn)度和見解。保證客戶營銷團隊中采用相同的方法,。
~ 支持營銷主管制定年度預(yù)算并管理總投資的每月財務(wù)預(yù)測
~ 在收到后24小時內(nèi)報告與諾華產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的技術(shù)投訴/不良事件/特殊情況
~ 分發(fā)營銷樣本（如適用）

~小型收入組織的營銷主管或經(jīng)驗豐富的營銷子職能經(jīng)理,。
~制定并推動品牌營銷計劃的執(zhí)行,，以最大限度地提高市場份額和收入增長。
