Support BU channel guidance and plan cascading and landing
?Translate Quarterly BU playbook plan into MU landing plan and cascade to field sales teams regarding O2O/PSC/Hybrid/New Business
?Ensure accurately & timely communication flow with field force on initiatives, final plans & support
?Ensure accurately & timely communication flow with BUTM on execution feedbacks and regional market feedbacks.
?Responsible for O2O on-line listing tracking and improving.
Support NPD/Packs launch plan in MU
?Understand BUTM NPD/Packs plan and lead MU level cascading
?Own by MU NPD/Pack forecast accuracy and early offtake reading
Support MU initiated plan and landing
?Explore regional new formats insight and pilot together with BU support
?Develop regional based O2O plan and track and review
lUniversity graduate or above, major in Marketing is a plus
l3-4 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, FMCG experience preferred
lUnderstand business and frontline operations
lCapable of working under pressure
lOwnership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration
lMotivation to learn about emerging trends and business model.
