職位描述

?Lead EXP Foundations Research located in AMESA/APAC to build human centric foundations for innovation & renovation across the sector; guiding capabilities of the future through anticipating human needs.

?Elevate understanding around the consumer product experience by building empathy understanding into the organization, understanding behavior and values, leading to meaningful innovations that stick.

?Work in collaboration with Category Hub Foundations Team (in Plano & Valhalla) and Sector stakeholders to deploy new Front End tools/Methodologies in AMESA/APAC/ Europe to unlock faster decision making; while building capabilities.

?Design compelling research plans, determine appropriate foundational methodologies, execute testing internally & with agency partners, as well as report findings and consult R&D.

?Design research (consult on design) to fuel new innovative thinking to provide R&D guidance on product cues and sensorial experiences of all Foundations projects for food and beverage brands and demand spaces across the APAC/ AMESA organization.

?Nurture culture of excellence, collaboration, engagement, and innovation by maintaining open lines of communication with global teams within EXP.

?Build front end and foundational understanding in collaboration with EXP Foundations Director to work as better informed partners thus guiding the R&D organization to think differently.

?10+ Years in CPG R&D

?Proven expertise in Sensory and Consumer Product Research, enabling EXP informed product design decisions.

?Deep experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer research methods for new products.

?Proven skill at moderating/ facilitating qualitative methodologies to uncover consumer insights for the organization; with strong ability to translate into action.

?Certified/Trained moderator and facilitator with the probing language of a sensory scientist in order to drive guidance for product development.

?Strong understanding of the Front End of Innovation process, as well as the ability to shape the organization in this space by designing research plans.

?Proven ability to design, analyze and interpret Sensory and Consumer findings into implications and actionable results that refine product, packaging, and brand strategies.

?Proven ability to thinking Strategically to drive identification of opportunity spaces the organization can leverage to pursue meaningful consumer solutions.

?Proven ability to clearly define and implement complex processes and ways of working across diverse teams, including ability to translate global best practices into actionable ways of working at the local level.

?Experience in building an inclusive team environment where everyone can belong thrive and grow.

?Proven ability to identify emerging capability as well as develop an action plan for evaluation and integration.
