? Work with Foods NRM Associate Director to develop multiyears Snacks pricingroadmap for SDD, with solid fact based analysis and clear financial implications.
? Develop specific Snacks pricing and pack price execution plan for AOP with fullalignment from cross functional teams.
? Take lead on Snacks pricing and pack price initiatives from end to end(opportunity identification --> business case assessment --> driving decision makingfrom leadership team --> design on execution plan --> initiative implementation -->post tracking) with closely collaborating with cross functional teams ( e.g. categoryteam, commercial team, finance team, etc.).
? Identify opportunities to optimize current Snacks pack price architecture toenable more balanced growth for both topline and bottom line ( e.g. customizedpack for emerging channels, penetration pack solutions) .
? Champion on regular revenue management tracking system (both internal andexternal price/mix tracking) and support Foods NRM associate director to wellfacilitate Sales Council/Foods Council for decision making.
? Help establish and drive better Revenue Management principle and guardrailsfor Foods business ( e.g. NPD, IPAR Pricing Principle).
? Work closely with category finance and to be the Gate Keeper for all P&Lassessment related to innovation and IPAR, to ensure compliance and AOP profittarget delivery.
? Support Global/Sector NRM team on routine activities, and support NRMAssociate Director to better cultivate RM culture in the organization across BU andMU.
? 6+ years working experience with 3+ years in revenue management, corporatefinance, or related functions, a combination of commercial experience preferred.
? Excel at data handling and analysis based on both organized data andambiguous data.
? Be proficient in corporate finance knowledge especially P&L.
? Be capable of project management and strategic planning.
