About the position:
1) Support business from sales perspective, ensure the daily operation runs smoothly and communication for business change.
2) Support in RTM including traceability and territory management.
3) Work closely with customers and sales team for monthly sales report collection and verification.
4) Support in sales management tools or system upgrade.
5) Responsible for customer management including contract, rebate and sales target to align with company strategy and initiatives.
6) Support internal process for customer: LOA, account set up, PO, etc.
7) Utilize data analysis tools (PBI, Excel etc.) to support conducting diversified data analysis (including depletions, distribution, scan data etc.).
8) Liaise with the Sales team to ensure the stable operationalisation of system tools (e.g. iContract, Traceability PDA App and future report platform.)
9) Other SOP supporting like meeting arrangement (Monthly Sales & MKT Forum, ad-hoc sales meeting) & sales operation process optimization.
10) Help to ensure action plans taken after sales meeting.
11) Other Ad-hoc tasks/ project support assigned by line manager.
任職條件
About you:
1) FMCG Industry experience is preferred and able to learn entire business model.
2) Minimum 3 yrs experience in Sales Operation or similar role
3) Proven ability in managing cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
4) Advanced computer application skills across the full MS Office suite.
5) Experience in using data analytic apps: Excel, Power BI or Tableau etc.
6) Proactive, responsible, attention to details and a good team player at all levels.
7) Presentation, training, coaching and facilitation skills.
