About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Supply Manager this role manages the execution of the production plan at 3rd party bottlers; and directs and co-ordinates all TWE sourcing activities that are required to execute the production plan.

? Developing and executing the production plan at 3rd party bottling partners

? Maintaining the production plan to efficiently deliver demand requirements while balancing inventory and operational risk

? Managing the execution of the production plan at partners in line with SLA / QA requirements

? Managing the execution of the production plan in TWE ERP including work order generation, completion, and reconciliations

? Developing solutions to mitigate supply availability issues

? Managing procure to pay process

? Managing TWE dry goods planning, purchasing, and inventory to enable the production plan

? Maintaining production master data including wastage%, capacity, yield and seek for optimization

? Co-ordinating with China bulk wine planning and winemaking teams to ensure wine is available to support the production schedule.

? Supporting the quality assurance implementation and monitoring of partner performance through Supplier Performance reviews.

About you

Tertiary Qualified with a Business/ Commerce degree (or similar), you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a supply planning or manufacturing operations management role ideally in FMCG environment.

? Ability to develop and sustain robust working relationships across the business. Using proactive communication style and influence skills for accomplishing work objectives.

? Advanced user of Planning and ERP tools, ideally INFOR and JD Edwards, .

? Demonstrated capability in using advanced optimisation tools and approaches

? Thinks systemically. Understands the complexities and interdependencies of information and events to develop more effective solutions and ideas.

? Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.

? Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organization and to effectively communicate complex messages to diverse audiences
