1. The incumbent is responsible to support event coordination, reports, as well as payments and administrative work to support the operation of retail event team.
2. Coordinate and assist assigned projects and to ensure execution is in line with brand standards under direction given by line manager.
3. Vendor creation and payment procedure.
4. Responsible for event brief deck and post event report preparation.
1. Able to work continuously for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days per week
2. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
3. Excellent command of written and oral English and Chinese
4. Strong communication skill and curiosity to explore new things
5. Good time management and organization skills
6. Detail-oriented and ability of multi-tasking
7. Good command of office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) skills
8. Willing to develop in luxury event industry is preferred
