職位描述

About the role:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support for the Sinery and Site Manager including HR records tracking, Internal & external guests hosting, employee living accommodation arrangement and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Site Manager.

1. Align and operate to TWE policies and safe work practices at TWE and partner sites

2. Maintain accurate attendance records, generate reports as needed and send to payroll monthly

3. Review the employee name list and apply Comprehensive Working Hours yearly

4. Collaborate with site managers on shift scheduling by needs. Assist with organisation of training and maintenance of training records;

5. Assist the Site Manager to arrange site culture building activities;

6. Coordinate purchasing requirements of Winery, including raising of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipting, set up of new Suppliers, payment of Supplier invoices;

7. Host internal and external guests to Winery including agenda preparation, logistics arrangement and winery tour;

8. Provide support to employee living and accommodation in the winery;

9. Facilitate the onboarding process for site new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive integration into the organization

10. Work closely with China learning and development team and local HSE manager on some mandatory training support, such as safety training

11. Support site engagement activity and company’s inclusion and diversity initiatives by organizing relevant activities

12. Run the cellar door to ensure cellar door display in its best condition;

 

 

 

任職條件

About You:

1. Undergraduate degree, Business Administration, HR or related field or equivalent is preferred

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

3. Experience in wine industry with understanding of winery operation preferred.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Strong MS Office Applications skills, including knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint

6. Strong attention to details & managing deadlines

7. knowledge of China labor laws and regulations is preferred
