Job Targets and Decision Making 崗位目標及工作權(quán)限
- new supplier development and current supplier improvement
- Support to select supplier for new project and component
- Outsourcing component product and process release timely and continuous improvement
- Assure customer specifications at the supplier
- Ensure the Quality, Timing targets
- Commodity specific know-how growth (ECU, EE parts, typical process, material, etc.)
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作職責
- Prepare Risk Assessment report for purchasing council according to candidate suppliers' feasibility study and technical concept during RFQ phase.
- Lead of outsourcing component's development progress from nomination to SOP.
- Interface and leader of BQEE team, including technical development, quality, purchasing, logistic and supplier.
- Lead of APQP tracking and update.
- First version IICP creation.
- Supplier OTS production summary and open issues tracking until closure completely. Measurement result alignment between supplier and TKP plant.
- Ensure the product maturity level at both of supplier and TKP plant; smoothly transfer the part quality responsibility function to plant SQE after PPAP (or EMPB) release.
- Lead of part submission warranty (PPAP, EMPB) and supplier process readiness audit
- Analyze quality issue of development phase and action plan follow up. (Nomination to series production)
- Train/technical support/push suppliers to achieve the requirements of quality/timing.
- Support plant SQE in case of significant quality issues in mass production phase.
- Monthly reporting responsible components' status and highlights to supervisor.
- Support commodity purchasing to develop new suppliers and maintain current supplier pool.
- Support designer to optimize drawing and LB.
- Improve poor suppliers and strategic suppliers to a reasonable position.
- Window and bridge of supplier changement management.
- Support VDA6.3 auditor for new suppliers and existing suppliers' system auditing.

1. Knowledge 知識
Education 學歷 University degree
Foreign Language 外語 Fluent in written and spoken English
Computer Skill 計算機 Be good in Office (work, excel, PPT) software
2. Experience 經(jīng)驗
Auto or related experience 汽車或相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗 > 3 years experience
Management experience 管理經(jīng)驗 N/A
Project leader experience 項目管理經(jīng)驗 > 1 project leader experience
Project member experience 項目參與經(jīng)驗 > 3 projects member experience
Intercultural experience 跨文化工作經(jīng)驗 > 2 years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
