Roles and Responsibilities
? Lead xEV battery cell development to support unit program & vehicle program gateway deliverables.
主導(dǎo)動力電池開發(fā),，負(fù)責(zé)動力電池項目的設(shè)計方案、開發(fā)過程跟進(jìn),、產(chǎn)品測試評估,，支持電池包/整車項目節(jié)點(diǎn)的工程交付。
? Lead to develop & optimize battery cell DV and PV validation plan, track validation progress, evaluate validation results, and failure analysis.
負(fù)責(zé)制定和優(yōu)化電池的DV和PV驗(yàn)證計劃,，驗(yàn)證過程跟進(jìn),、產(chǎn)品評估和失效分析。
? Lead battery cell engineering specification and quality documents development (DFMEA, SCAFF, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc) to implement PPAP activities.
評審,、輸出開發(fā)過程技術(shù)和質(zhì)量文件,，支持PPAP開發(fā)流程。
? Lead battery cell technology benchmarking and competitive supplier audit and evaluation.
負(fù)責(zé)動力電池技術(shù)對標(biāo),，供應(yīng)商審核和評價,。
? Effectively collaborate with cross-function team and battery suppliers to ensure the project delivery with quality.
參與項目產(chǎn)品的跨部門&供應(yīng)商的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通和評審工作,。
Qualifications
? Master or higher degree in electrochemistry, material, applied chemistry, chemistry engineering education background.
碩士及以上學(xué)歷,電化學(xué)/材料/應(yīng)用化學(xué)/化學(xué)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),。
? 2+ year experience in battery cell development, design, product management is preferred.
2年以上動力電池行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備電芯開發(fā)&設(shè)計經(jīng)驗(yàn),、產(chǎn)品&項目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,。
? OEM working experience in xEV battery is preferred.
具備車企動力電池電芯開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
? Familiar with battery manufacturing process, and understand cell design and failure analysis of prismatic, pouch and cylindrical cells.
熟悉動力電池制造流程和生產(chǎn)工藝,，了解方形,、軟包、圓柱電池的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和失效分析,。
? Familiar with Product Development Process, is preferred.
熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程者優(yōu)先,。
? Good knowledge of Li-ion battery working principle and characteristics (NCM, LFP, etc).
精通鋰離子電池（三元、磷酸鐵鋰）工作原理和電池特性者優(yōu)先,。
? Familiar with components (cathode, anode, separator, electrolyte) characterization of battery cells.
熟悉電芯材料特性和技術(shù)評價方法,。
? Familiar with MATLAB, Simulink, CAD are preferred.
熟悉MATLAB, Simulink, CAD等軟件者優(yōu)先。
? Good English skills in daily work.
具備良好的英語溝通能力,。
? Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills.
良好的團(tuán)隊合作意識和溝通能力,。
