What are we looking for?
?BS/BA in corporate or marketing communication, journalism, public relations, business or related field.
?Minimum of 6 years of experience in communications and PR.
?Issues/crisis communications knowledge and experience.
?External & Digital media communication knowledge and experience
?Quick learning capabilities and good people collaboration spirit
?Excellent Communication skills in English and Chinese.
?Pet owner and pet lover preferred
What will be your key responsibilities?
?Provide strategic insights to the development and execution of 360 degree PR and is part in the agenda of monitoring Social Media Contents for Champion petfood that build brand equity, support brand business objectives and shape brand reputation, including quality & food safety, innovations, science knowledge, employer of choice.
?Manage and conduct appropriate research, measurement, message development and program evaluation for brand PR and communication campaigns.
?Develop and execute by drafting media responses and content, integrated communication campaign, especially for digital PR.
?Manage the ongoing monitoring, tracking and reporting of issues and events that can either positively or negatively impact the brand at the regional and global level.
?Support in the management of issue and crisis situations, including controversial topics and social media/online crisis scenarios. Provides support during product recalls and Mars Petcare corporate issues management programs.
?Responsible for strategic direction to our PR agencies.
?Take responsible for corporate internal communication and lead the strategy roll-out.
?Lead the internal associate’s activities to drive passion for pets.
