? Lead industry frontier features and attribute exploring and development;

? Responsible for attribute issue analysis, fixing and report out;

? Responsible for program status, milestone deliver review and report to management;

? Mechanical or Electric bachelor or master degree;

? Fundamental knowledge of vehicle thermal management system;

? 3 year or above engineering work experience on thermal management related work;

? Strong sense of customer experience and need

? Good at both Chinses and English communication;

? Strong ownership and demand for result;

? Work overtime and business trip for CWT test and road test;

? Team player.
