Ford Motor Company is seeking a UX Prototyper to join our Digital Product Design team. This role bridges the gap between design and technology, requiring a highly technical individual with a strong eye for design. The UX Prototyper will collaborate closely with designers to prototype and test new concepts, with a focus on integrating cutting-edge AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into software solutions that enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
?Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and concepts into interactive prototypes.
?Develop prototypes ranging from low-fidelity mockups to high-fidelity, functional interfaces.
?Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into prototypes to explore advanced user interactions and personalized experiences.
?Conduct usability testing and refine prototypes based on user feedback and research insights.
?Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and researchers, to align prototypes with project goals.
?Create animations, micro-interactions, and videos to demonstrate design concepts effectively.
?Stay updated on emerging AI/LLM technologies and their applications in UX design.
Qualifications
?Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie) and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
?Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and interaction design.
?Experience with integrating AI/LLMs into applications.
?Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for building functional prototypes.
?Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
?Ability to thrive in an agile environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
