Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position (List no more than 6 key R&R’s for this position)
?Lead the delivery of all Program related requirements for the EESE team.
?Act as key link between the Vehicle Program management team and the EESE Engineering team, as the single point of contact
?Represent digital engineering team in program meetings of PST, CPEDF, VPAT, EMM, launch meetings.
?Manage EESE team to achieve milestone delivery in time w/ quality, at right cost, through process expertise, strong project management, and solid EESE engineering foundation.
?Lead resolution of key issues (process or design) as required in support of program delivery on time.
Preferred Previous experiences/ competencies to prepare for the position (Including required qualifications)
o GPDS/LQOS Integration/Launch deliverables. GPDS/LQOS Software deliverables.
o Timing, Cost, Weight, Quality. Software Maturity (Cyber, ASPICE, Reg, DBC...)
o Sourcing Bug Jira management
o FMA Vehicle Software Bundle Validation
o CAD/DPA Vehicle Software Pedigree Management
o DVP&R Software BoM & IVS release
o Launch in CAF plants SW Fleet
o Aims, CR, FEDE, VEMS, WERS REC management Drive
o PDL, Study/Action TIB, CRF/CMF
o Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related major;
o Hands-on experience in automotive program management or Software project management;
o Strong Project Management and interpersonal skills and Analytical/ Troubleshooting skills;
o Not shy and good at bringing people together and resolve conflicts among team;
o Good communication skill; Positive to take challenge task; Initiative to help team member; Good presentation skill;
o Can support conference call cross time zone;
o Good English skill in both oral and written.

- Able to offer recommendations for Global Design Rules and has a focus on prevent recurrence.
- Able to demonstrate Vehicle Electrical architecture, Network Technology
- Able to demonstrate software Development (base tech AUTOSAR; Cyber; ASPICE; software architecture); and testing skills (Unit/integration/System/acceptance testing; HIL/DCV testing);
- Able to handle the most complex of EESE Systems across multiple programs with very little supervision or guidance.
