崗位概述
A process simulation engineer analyses the production feasibility, including process definition of press hardened parts developed by R&D team.
工藝分析工程師負(fù)責(zé)分析生產(chǎn)可行性,,包括對(duì)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的熱沖壓零部件的工藝定義,。
主要職責(zé)
Specify the press hardened part and process as well as identify high risk areas, with basis on current internal press hardening process requirements. To prepare technical documents ‘Process Assessment (PA)’ & ‘Product Remark (PR)’ by following valid routines and standards.
定義熱沖壓零件和工藝,根據(jù)內(nèi)部規(guī)范要求來(lái)識(shí)別產(chǎn)品成形高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)域,。并根據(jù)工藝路徑和相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)準(zhǔn)備“工藝評(píng)估”和“產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)”等技術(shù)文檔,。
Support product teams and division with knowledge from press hardening process as design guidelines, ensure the product feasibility before sending to customer.
從工藝角度支持產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作,確保設(shè)計(jì)方案的制造可行性,。
To participate technical reviews with our clients during early design stage, presenting forming feasibility and recommending necessary changes or alternatives.
在車型設(shè)計(jì)初期,,參與客戶的技術(shù)評(píng)審,展示成形分析報(bào)告并建議必要的設(shè)計(jì)變更或其他替代方案,。
To work according to automotive standards and internal project / quality system.
須按照汽車行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目/質(zhì)量體系要求開(kāi)展工作,。
任職資格/錄用條件:
High requirement in team working and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude;
具備很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作及溝通能力,工作態(tài)度主動(dòng)積極,;
Above 3 years in automotive industry preferred and hands on experiences in stamping simulation is a must;
最好有3年以上汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),,且從事沖壓成形模擬分析工作;
Fresh graduate is acceptable but with theoretical experiences in stamping simulation, hot stamping highly preferred;
可接受院校應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,,但須在沖壓成形模擬分析領(lǐng)域,,最好是熱沖壓方向;
Fluent in oral English;
良好的英語(yǔ)能力,;
Mastering in CATIA up to surface modeling is highly preferred, familiar with Office software;
最好能熟練掌握CATIA達(dá)到曲面建模水平,,能熟練操作辦公軟件,;
Familiar with any simulation software is high preferred: LS-Dyna, Autoform, PAMSTAMP
最好能熟練掌握下面的某種分析軟件: LS-Dyna, Autoform, PAMSTAMP
Familiar with stamping tooling is a big plus;
熟悉模具結(jié)構(gòu)將非常有優(yōu)勢(shì);
Engineering background;
工程相關(guān)背景即可,。
