?Enjoy facilitation of x-activities, incl. workshop, product panel to internal associates/ visitors, consumer in-home visits, coordination of internal palatability trials etc.
?Great passion in innovation, being consumer-centric in product design, validation and claim development works

What will be your key responsibilities?
?Designs, executes and interprets Consumer & sensory research to transform into key product design attributes (KQA). Completes statistical analysis and prepares reports. Uses outside agencies and internal resources for testing when appointed. Provides expertise at identifying product characteristics and understanding consumer needs, translating consumer verbatim into technical language to lead innovation success.
?Lead front-end innovation workshop with cross functions, identify consumer needs using multiple consumer toolbox, transform consumer needs into superior proposition and product packaging design by deploying global CTI powerhouse tools
?Drive local innovation and growth projects, can work closely with overseas cross function in importation projects, responsible to transform product “beauty” into communication/ consumer understandable language to power up claims
?Lead insight foresight enhancement activities, build pet parent closeness culture in China team by organizing pet parent in-home visit, focus group discussions, quantitative consumer research for detection of early consumer/market/technology trends
?Support annually product performance validation, responsible for testing result sensemaking with cross function to diagnose next steps
?Coordinate internal pet testing trials, recruit, validate & maintain pet panel to deliver robust results
?Competitor intelligence and CTI database management, budget management
