職位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design and develop interactive, multimedia digital learning content that is engaging, accessible, and timely, ensuring it aligns with diverse learning needs and the overall digital learning strategy.

2. Work closely with subject matter experts and professionals to guarantee content accuracy and relevance, integrating feedback to perpetually refine and update learning materials with innovative technologies and methodologies.

3. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning, adopting innovative approaches and tools to improve content delivery and engage learners.

4. Analyze learning data to gain insights into learning effectiveness and outcomes, employing advanced statistical methods and tools to enhance learner performance.

5. Collaborate with four other learning centers to leverage data-driven insights for learning project design, digital learning content development, thereby increasing the learning impact.

6. Apply data analysis to evaluate digital content effectiveness, using metrics like engagement and completion rates to continually enhance learning materials.

7. Ensure data integrity and adhere to privacy regulations, while effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.At least 5 years’ experiences in sales manage or learning & development. - Preference will be given to candidates with extensive data analysis experience.

2. Innovative Learning Ability: Actively and continuously eager to learn, explore, and experiment with new and innovative learning techniques and methods.

3. Digital Content Development Skills: Possess expertise in developing digital content, capable of designing engaging and interactive educational materials.

4. Data Analysis and Interpretation Skills: Proficient in integrating and analyzing diverse learning data, offering insights and valuable feedback to enhance learning content and methodologies.

5. Customer Orientation: A profound understanding of end-user expectations, tailoring digital learning content to fulfill individual customer needs effectively.

6. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and cross-functional colleagues, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching learning strategy and objectives.

7. Interpersonal Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation capabilities, with a proven track record of performing under pressure.

8. Digital Technology Experience: Demonstrated experience in applying digital technology within relevant fields.
