職位描述
基本工作職能: Key Job Responsibility
? Responsible for pet retail channel in Shanghai/Zhejiang/Jiangsu/Guangdong/Shenzhen, including pet shop /breeders and SAM.
? Select qualified DT partner in blank region, and support business expansion.
? DT management -Sell-in /sell-out, training, DT salesforce engagement
? KA management – establish regional KA pool, JBP with RKA to deliver result and improve brand influence.
? Daily market visit- give feedback on market information (competitor’s activity/shop owners’ need and assessment on our policy)
Coordinate with operations and sales to meet company goals

教育程度/工作經(jīng)歷/知識,、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Familiar with regional DT and pet shops, three years’ experience on pet industry
? Good experience in Maintaining relationship with partner
? Business Development capability
? Analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work in high-pressure situations
? Pet Owner is a plus
