This role is responsible for overall Channel management: Distributors, co-working with Sales Groups to drive sustainable business growth through VC / RTM /SOP.
?Responsible for Value Chain management in Online and offline (Omini) channels, serve overall offtake & sellout achievement.
?Follow up RTM regional implementation, initiate distributor overall arrangement and planning, roll out coverage proposal of targeted expansion outlets and analyze, review regional RTM projects delivery.
?Lead Product Traceability Management Project in all Channels.
?Establish perfect dealer qualification standard, optimize dealer opening and closing process, improve dealer activity rate.
?Bachelor’s degree or above.
?At least 5 years’ working experience of regional sales in FMCG industry, 3 years’ RTM management experience.
?Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills.
?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
?Experienced with distributor and value chain management.
