This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with e-commerce distributors and e-commerce platforms in China, achieves sales target of the online distribution channels both on sell-out and offtake.
What are we looking for?

?Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
?Minimum 5 years working experience, at least 3 years’ online customer management experience in pet food or a related industry, much familiar with TM/JD. 0-1 experience will be preferred.
?Great business development capability and negotiation skills.
?Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting and reporting, and analytical abilities to assess and interpret results.
?Mathematical abilities to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volumes, etc., and to manage abstract and concrete variables.
?Enthusiastic and self-motivated sales professional and interpersonal skills.
?Industry and product knowledge, honesty, integrity, and trust.
?Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop and sustain successful business relationships internally and externally.
?Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, ppt.
What will be your key responsibilities?

?Responsible for distributers' business mainly on Tmall and JD.
?Lead business with inspired sales programming, sales presentations, and product development.
?Lead distribution stores matrix design following with elective collaboration principle.
?Lead distribution contract design and negotiation between brand, customers and agent.
?Lead and co-work with distributor on sales operation, value chain management & promotions management, etc.
?Develop and conduct quarterly and yearly business reviews with distributor and platform.
?Consult with distributors, retailers, and industry sources and report product performance, competitor, and industry intelligence.
?Lead business related projects. Assess market potential and distributor capability.
?Develop new industry’s capable distribution partners, and lead sustainable channel expansion.
